Booking Terms and Conditions
Comfort Inn Busselton River Resort prides itself on providing a high standard of accommodation and as such suggests prospective guests take note of the following Terms and Conditions, prior to booking;
Cancellations must be advised no later than 2pm the day prior to arrival to avoid charge. Cancellations after 2pm and non arrivals on the day the reservation is held, will result in one night's accommodation being charged to your provided credit card or forfeiture of the one night's deposit provided.
Please note during peak periods the cancellation period is 72 hrs and for Christmas, Easter and special events the cancellation period is 7 days.
All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card number and expiry date matching the name of the reservation. Should payment be made by a third party, we will require a fax authorisaton with the card holder's signature.
Guests who cannot provide a credit card, must supply either cash, EFT or direct deposit equal to one night's accommodation to secure the reservation. Reservations without either of the above forms of security details will be cancelled without notification at 2pm the day prior to your expected arrival.
Reservations made via travel agent, website and other third party agents may have different terms and conditions. Changes and/or cancellations that have not been made directly with the motel (i.e. phone/email/in person) should be directed to the company, travel agent, website or third party where the booking was made.
All guests must be able to provide a valid credit card or a $100 cash bond to be used as security over incidentals, theft or damage. Guests unable to produce either form of security will result in the accommodation booking being cancelled and no refund given, unless otherwise arranged with management on check-in.
Busselton River Resort has a non-smoking policy for all rooms. Smoking in your room will incur a minimum $50 fee which will be charged to your nominated credit card or deducted from your cash security bond.
These policies ensure a high standard of accommodation is available to our guests.

Check-in 2pm
Check-out 10am
Early arrivals and late departures may be requested but are not guaranteed.
Facilities are available for guests arriving after hours. Please contact reception during office hours on your day of arrival for directions.
